The pair came to the police's attention after enquiries by the Metropolitan Police revealed a county line was being run from their address.

A warrant was executed at the property on July 21, 2022, and the pair were arrested. A phone was located, as well as drug paraphernalia and evidence of drug dealing.

"This is a great result and I’m pleased the pair are now facing the consequences of being involved in drug supply," said Detective Constable Ellie Cowling, who led the case.

"Drugs and the violent criminality often associated with them destroys lives and causes misery and fear among local communities; we will not stop our relentless pursuit of those involved."
