FANS of Buddy Holly’s music will be able to Rave On in Hertfordshire next month.

The most successful rock ‘n’ roll musical of all-time is coming to Watford Colosseum in November.

The phenomenal multi-award-winning musical Buddy – The Buddy Holly Story will be on stage at the Colosseum from Monday, November 25 until Wednesday, November 27.

Seen by more than 22 million people worldwide, Buddy is an unmissable show.

Enjoyed by audiences time and time again, the show chronicles the tragically short life of Buddy Holly and how in the years before his untimely death he managed to change the face of popular music.

Re-counting his last three years as a top recording artist, Buddy features two terrific hours of songs, including That’ll Be The Day, Oh Boy, Rave On, La Bamba, Chantilly Lace, Johnny B. Goode, Raining In My Heart and Everyday.

Experience the drama, passion and excitement as a cast of talented actors and musicians tell Buddy Holly’s story, from his meteoric rise to fame, to his final legendary performance at The Surf Ballroom in Clear Lake, Iowa.

It was after this show that tragedy struck and the lives of three of the world’s most dynamic musical talents were snatched away – Buddy Holly, Ritchie Valens and the Big Bopper.

Evening performances are at 8pm and there is a matinee on the Wednesday at 2.30pm.

Tickets range in price from £19.50 to £29.50. Tickets can be purchased online 24 hours a day from www.watfordcolosseum.co.uk

They can also be bought by calling 0845 075 3993, or visiting the Watford Colosseum ticket office.
