PUT on your dancing shoes and enjoy an evening of award-winning dance by the company Srishti.

Play Ball will be performed by the professional dance group this Friday at the Maltings Arts Theatre in St Albans.

Maintaining the authenticity of Indian classical Bharatanatyam dance and Karnatic music, Srishti present their pieces within a contemporary context.

Play Ball is with an all-male cast, who show 'what lads do' when at work, play and in love.

Bend It is all about football.

Chemistry is the lovers' reunion after a tiff. A male-female duet perform a romantic and fiery dance, celebrating love and happiness in relationships.

Quick is the winning piece of the Bloomberg Place Prize in 2006 which is a choreographic competition.

Nina Rajarani, choreographer, and composer Y Yadavan have worked together to present this collaboration of dance pieces.

Tickets are £10 and £8 for concessions.
