Two of children’s author Lauren Child’s best-loved characters – Charlie and Lola – are coming to Hatfield.

Charlie and Lola are excited to be back on stage with their Extremely New Play – and this time they are bringing along Sizzles the Dog.

If you liked Charlie and Lola’s Best Bestest Play, you will love this new show at The Weston Auditorium, on the University of Hertfordshire’s de Havilland campus, on Saturday, February 15.

Enter a magical journey through the seasons, as Charlie and sister Lola discover that everything is different and not the same.

Playful, funny and full of surprises, this magical mix of puppets, live action and music is based on the ever-popular BBC TV series.

There are three performances of Charlie and Lola’s Extremely New Play in Hatfield on February 15 at 11am, 1pm and 3.30pm.

Tickets cost £12 adults and £10 children and can be bought from the UHArts box office on 01707 281127 or online at www.herts.ac.uk/artsandgalleries
