An Essence of Ireland coming to Watford

IT is a celebration of all things Irish at the Watford Colosseum next Wednesday.
Capturing the true spirit of the Emerald Isle, Essence of Ireland is a poignant story told through the medium of music, song and dance.
Set against the backdrop of Ireland, England and America in the 20th century and inspired by true events, Essence of Ireland tells the story of love, joy, happiness and heartache endured by Cora McGowan and Sean Dempsey as they are separated by emigration, both from each other and their beloved Ireland.
This poignant story will take audiences on a rollercoaster ride of emotions, as well as offer them a unique Irish experience.
The show features original choreography and music, fused together with traditional Irish classics such as Galway Girl, Irish Rover, Song for Ireland, Danny Boy, Carrickfergus and Ireland’s Call.

Tickets costing £23.50, £21.50 and £19.50 can be purchased online 24 hours a day from watfordcolosseum.co.uk
A £1.50 per ticket booking fee will be added to all orders. No booking fees for priority members.
There’s £1 off for concessions. Groups of 10 plus get one free ticket.
