Can you create a showstopping cake? Producers of The Great British Bake Off are looking for potential contestants from Welwyn Hatfield.
Former Brookmans Park teacher Candice Brown won the seventh series of the hit baking series.
And makers of the Channel 4 programme are now looking for budding bakers from Hertfordshire to take part in the next season of GBBO.
Love Productions has opened applications for the tenth series of The Great British Bake Off.
A producer for Love Productions told the Welwyn Hatfield Times: “We’d be delighted to hear from any of your readers or indeed anyone else you know who loves to bake.”
Following seven series on BBC, next year’s run will be the baking contest’s third since its switch to Channel 4.
Co-hosted by Sandi Toksvig and Noel Fielding, Rahul Mandal impressed judges Paul Hollywood and Prue Leith this year to be crowned GBBO 2018 champion.
