If the recent demo of Burnout Paradise has got you wishing away the weeks until the game's release, join the queue. We were given a test drive of the game recently and it's simply superb. Unlike previous Burnouts, Paradise offers racers a free-roaming metropolis to smash around. Instead of choosing events from a menu you simply activate them whenever you pull up at a road junction. The city is absolutely massive and is riddled with hidden shortcuts, ramps and bonuses with the emphasis on pulling off stunts as well as destroying cars. Look out for a full review of this Xbox 360 and PS3 crash-'em-up in two weeks' time.
