An explosive educational show is coming to St Albans full of experiments and fun for budding professors.
The Ministry of Science Live will explode onto the stage at The Alban Arena on Tuesday, October 18.
It promises to be more than just an ordinary science show as it features a hovercraft being built on stage and a human cannon, too.
From the creative team behind Brainiac Live, this new production takes an anarchic approach to science communication, while looking at the inventors and engineers who have shaped and inspired the modern world.
From Buzz Aldrin to Virgin Galactic. From a cat food tin to the hovercraft. From the discovery of methane to the invention of the battery, join the super talented presenters and the voiceover from above – aka The X Factor’s Peter Dickson – as they take the audience on a journey using brilliantly designed demonstrations with a few loud bangs to lead the way.
Fingers in ears advised.
The show starts at 6.30pm.
Tickets cost £12.50 for under-16s, £14.50 for adults, and £48 for families.
• Tickets are available from the box office on 01727 844488 or online at www.alban-arena.co.uk
