INDIE stars The xx have unveiled a new song ahead of their summer concert at Hatfield House.

The former Mercury Award-winning three-piece will headline Saturday, June 22’s Night + Day music event in Hatfield.

The outdoor show, curated by band members Romy Madley Croft, Oliver Sim and Jamie Smith, will also feature global superstar Beyoncé’s little sister Solange as special guest.

Ahead of the concert, which was last week moved from Osterley Park, near Richmond, in London, to the grounds of the Hertfordshire stately home, The xx have debuted new song Together.

The track features on the soundtrack of The Great Gatsby, the latest film directed by Baz Luhrmann and starring Leonardo DiCaprio.

The movie soundtrack also includes songs by Jay-Z, Beyoncé and André 3000, The Voice’s will.i.am, Lana Del Rey, Florence and the Machine, Emeli Sandé, Gotye, Jack White and Nero.

The Night + Day line-up at Hatfield House also includes Polica, Kindness and Mount Kimbie, as well as DJs Jamie xx, Benji B and Sampha.

Doors open at noon and tickets are on sale now priced £48.50.

Tickets are limited to four per customer and the show is 18 plus.
