LIVE music has a new place to call home from this Friday. Strange Place Music who run successful events in Hertford, Hitchin, Bedford and Tunbridge Wells are launching a new night in Potters Bar. Big Fat Live Bands aims to showcase the best indie/alternat

LIVE music has a new place to call home from this Friday.

Strange Place Music who run successful events in Hertford, Hitchin, Bedford and Tunbridge Wells are launching a new night in Potters Bar.

Big Fat Live Bands aims to showcase the best indie/alternative talent. The venue is The Wyllyotts Theatre and the evening will be open to over-14s.

Confirmed for the first show are My Passion, Jukebox Vandals, The Gin Riots and SA-80.

Headliners My Passion are touring nationwide until April and are popular name on the local music circuit.

Promoters Strange Place music have worked with big names in the past and have secured dates with The Futureheads, Mumm-Ra, Late Of The Pier and Boy Kill Boy for this year.

Bands at The Wyllyotts are on stage from 8pm. Tickets are £5.
