Standon Calling and charity partners War Child have announced an official warm-up party at Omeara in London for Saturday, June 10.

There will be live music from Jodie Abacus, Strong Asian Mothers, Tangerines and Average Sex, followed by a massive late-night DJ set from Feeling Gloomy.

Plus, £1 from each ticket will go to Standon Calling’s 2017 charity partner War Child UK.

Taking over the stunning Omeara, the night will see an array of fresh and exciting talent performing ahead of their appearance at Standon Calling this summer.

Headlining the party is acclaimed Lewisham groover Jodie Abacus, bringing his infectious soul-infused chimes and one of the most recognisable new voices of the year to Omeara’s halls.

He will be joined on the night by electro genre-blenders Strong Asian Mothers, garage-rock heavyweights Tangerines and East London indie risers Average Sex for a night packed full of the very best in emerging sounds across all genres and styles.

The Standon Calling Warm-Up Party has been pulled together in association with the festival’s charity partner, War Child, with £1 from every ticket sold helping to support children affected by conflict.
