Tickets for Hatfield’s leg of Slam Dunk Festival 2016 have sold out.

Slam Dunk South will take place at The Forum Hertfordshire on the University of Hertfordshire’s College Lane Campus on May Spring Bank Holiday Monday, May 30.

The closing leg of the touring pop-punk, ska punk, emo, metal and hardcore punk extravaganza in Hatfield follows Slam Dunk North in Leeds on Saturday, May 28 and Slam Dunk Midlands at the Birmingham NEC on Sunday, May 29.

Now the smallest site of the three, Slam Dunk Festival South in Hatfield sold out last week.

A status update on the festival’s official Facebook page on Friday said: “We are pleased to confirm Slam Dunk Festival SOUTH in Hatfield is now SOLD OUT.

“Tickets for the other 2 days / locations are still available at, but are going fast! ‪#‎SDF16”

The Forum Hertfordshire’s Twitter account @theforumherts tweeted: “That’s right folks, @slamdunkmusic SOUTH has SOLD OUT! AHHHHH!!! roll on May #SDF16…”

With all tickets for Hatfield gone, Slam Dunk North in Leeds City Centre is expected to also sell out soon, with Birmingham now the largest date on the tour.

Slam Dunk Festival tweeted: “#SDF16 North will be the next to go! Grab your tickets before it’s too late.”

Trash Boat, who will also be appearing at the festival, tweeted: “So @SlamDunkMusic South has officially SOLD OUT! Be quick if you want tickets for the North & Midlands!”

While Young Guns tweeted: “Party time! North and Midlands don’t wait around.”

The festival’s main stage will be headlined by American album chart-toppers Panic! At The Disco.

Of Mice & Men, New Found Glory, Mallory Knox, Four Year Strong, Issues, The Story So Far, Young Guns, Memphis May Fire, Mayday Parade, Yellowcard, Cancer Bats The King Blues, The Beat, Shikari Sound System and Zebrahead will also appear across the festival’s eight stages.

Mallory Knox, who have been confirmed for the main stage, tweeted: “We can’t wait to play @SlamDunkMusic Festival this year!!! Slam Dunk South is already sold out, don’t miss out!”

Tickets for Slam Dunk cost £42, or £47 with over 18s after-party.
