The Scopyons will play The Rock Den

SPEND a rocking Halloween with the Scopyons in Hatfield this weekend.

The UK’s leading tribute band to German Wind of Change idols Scorpions will headline a Halloween party in The Rock Den, at Breaks Manor, on Saturday, October 26.

Scopyons were founded by Nige Roberts, better known to some as the lead vocalist for reformed Liverpool NWOBHM rockers Marseille.

Teaming up with fellow North West musicians Daz Green, Barry Lowe, Paul Anderson and Phil Gavin, the definitive UK Scorpions tribute have a leaning toward the post Uli Jon Roth era, 1979 album Lovedrive up to the present day. And, yes, they do sometimes play Wind Of Change.

Support comes from Hatfield’s very own Sonic Scream, who return to the Link Drive venue following their outstanding performance on June 8.

The night has a fancy dress theme and doors open at 7pm.

The first band will take the stage at 8pm with headliners Scopyons due on around 9pm.

Tickets are £7.50 in advance from and £10 on the door.
