Organisers have confirmed the date of a major music festival taking place in Hatfield next year.

Folk by the Oak will return to the Queen Elizabeth Oak Field at Hatfield House on Sunday, July 24.

This summer’s folk music extravaganza featured performances from the likes of Bellowhead, Keston Cobblers Club, The Young’uns, The Unthanks, Nancy Kerr & The Sweet Visitor Band and Mary Chapin Carpenter.

After this year’s biggest festival yet, a FBTO spokeswoman said: “We hope you will join us for another day of exceptional live music.”

Tickets are due to go on sale at the end of November, with Sweet Liberties already confirmed to appear.
