The acclaimed composer has received many awards for his arrangements.

This Sunday he will be appearing with his sextet at The Fairway tavern, WGC.

The band are Robbie Robson (trumpet), Mark Hanslip (tenor sax), Leon Greening (piano), Malcolm Creese (bass) and Jim Hart (drums).

Admission is £9 for members and £11 for non-members.

Doors open at 7.30pm.

# THE Simon Spillet Quartet take to the stage at The Boathouse, Broxbourne, tomorrow night.

Admission is £7 and under 21, £4.

Music is from 8pm.
