• Eric Bibb
• Show of Hands

Levellers and Show of Hands will both play the all-day festival in the grounds of Hatfield House on Sunday, July 16, 2017.
Twenty-five years on from the release of seminal second album Levelling the Land, Brighton folk/punk band Levellers will close the main stage by playing the platinum-selling record live.
Festival organisers said: “We are all very excited here at FBTO. The line-up is coming together nicely and next year’s festival is shaping up to be quite a party.
“Show of Hands will be back for the first time in five years and our famous firework finale will accompany a blistering live performance of Levelling the Land.”
Acclaimed acoustic roots duo Show of Hands – Steve Knightly and Phil Beer – will return to the festival having last played the main stage in 2012.
They will be accompanied next summer by the exceptionally talented Miranda Sykes on double bass.
“Show of Hands first joined us in 2011,” said festival organisers.
“Their performance was so well received that they were invited back by popular demand in 2012 and have been requested many times by our audience since.
“We are delighted that they will be joining us for our 10th festival when they will be performing the Walk With Me set, featuring songs from their 25-year touring career.”
Levellers and Show of Hands join the already announced Kate Rusby and Shake the Chains on the FBTO 2017 line-up.
Festival organisers added: “The FBTO team shan’t be resting completely over Christmas.
“We shall be beavering away putting together our ‘line-up of headliners’ and range of wonderful activities and delicious food for you to enjoy at Folk by the Oak.
“We’ll be in touch with more line-up announcements in the New Year.”
Adult tickets for Folk by the Oak cost £33 until midnight on January 31, 2017.
Tickets will cost £45 on the day of the festival, subject to availability.
It is £18 for children aged five to 15 and those aged four and under do not require a ticket.
