Singer Kim Wilde will be performing a series of exclusive festive concerts at Knebworth House this Christmas.
The Kids in America star from Codicote will be appearing live in the Banqueting Hall at Knebworth House on Friday, December 12 and Sunday, December 14.
There will be two performances on the Sunday, and an extra Friday evening performance has just been added due to demand.
Limited to 100 per performance, tickets for the Sunday are selling fast, with the 8pm show already sold out and just a few left for the matinee at 4pm.
Magic 105.4 radio presenter Kim, who was a visitor to the Hertfordshire stately home this summer for the Sonisphere rock and metal festival, will be performing a special festive acoustic set accompanied by her musicians.
As part of the programme, local choir groups will be singing a selection of seasonal favourites from the minstrels’ gallery.
Guests will be welcomed to Knebworth House with a glass of warm mulled wine and a mince pie.
Ticket holders will also be able to purchase drinks for the interval and guests will get the opportunity to wander through some of the rooms on the ground floor of the house.
The magnificent Banqueting Hall is decorated each year with a huge Christmas tree and garlands of winter greenery from the Knebworth estate.
Last year Kim, the daughter of legendary 1950s British rock ‘n’ roll singer Marty Wilde, released her 13th album, Wilde Winter Songbook, a collection of Christmas classics plus new original seasonal songs.
