High Definition Festival

Festival-goers were left disappointed as the hosts of High Definition pulled the plug on this year’s event.

The news was broken to dance music fans via the organisers’ Facebook page.

A message confirmed that the popular event, in Kent, would not go ahead over the intended weekend of September 5 and 6 this year.

It read: “It is with great regret that the rumours are true and The Hop Farm have cancelled High Definition Festival.”

Organisers are in the process of organising refunds for the two-day camping festival.

The statement added: “Further announcements about refunds will be made as soon as possible.”
