Organisers of a dance music festival taking place in Hatfield this summer will announced the line-up of acts and DJs next month.

The Eastern Electrics Festival will return to Hatfield House on Saturday, August 1.

The all-day festival of underground house and techno took place in the grounds of the Hertfordshire stately home for the first time last year, having previously been held at Knebworth House.

Tickets for the 2015 festival are already on sale, with the first batch of early bird passes costing £29.95 having almost sold out.

Promoter Rob Star has now confirmed when the first acts appearing on the various outdoor stages will be revealed, with the line-up to be announced on Tuesday, March 10.

An Eastern Electrics newsletter revealed: “We’ll be announcing all the stage names and the first release of acts and DJs.

“Early birds are close to selling out and will definitely sell out before the announcement.

“Don’t miss out and get yours before the prices go up.”

As an incentive for groups to get their tickets now, revellers are being offered a free ticket if they buy six.

A statement from Eastern Electrics explained: “If you and your mates get together we’re offering a free ticket for every six bought.”

This year’s Eastern Electrics will feature more stages, extra chill out areas and an increased capacity.
