Former Gallows and Pure Love frontman Frank Carter will be appearing live with his latest music project at a St Albans venue this summer.
Frank Carter & The Rattlesnakes will perform at The Horn pub on Tuesday, June 9 as part of a short UK tour.
Since leaving Watford hardcore-punks Gallows and announcing that Pure Love are on an indefinite hiatus, Frank Carter has been off the live music radar.
However, he is back and The Rattlesnakes’ sound is more akin to the hardcore/punk roots that fans have become accustomed to.
A statement from the Victoria Street venue said: “We’re delighted to be able to announce that former Gallows and Pure Love frontman Frank Carter will be performing at The Horn on Tuesday 9th June with his new outfit, Frank Carter & The Rattlesnakes.
“We know that The Horn has special memories for Frank Carter as a venue for him and Gallows, with some of the band’s earliest gigs taking place at the venue.
“It is a pleasure to be able to welcome him back and we know that this show will be unmissable.”
Tickets are already on sale and have been flying out the box office, with the gig likely to sell out in advance.
Advance tickets cost £11 and the price on the door will be £13.
