After becoming the fastest selling electronic music extravaganza in 2012, Eastern Electrics goes bigger, later, longer and louder than ever before next weekend after moving to Knebworth Park from London.

The Hertfordshire stately home will host more than 100 of the world’s best house and techno artists across eight arenas from Friday.

Teaming up with leading party brands from across the UK and Europe, EE2013 will extend to three days and two full nights, with a line-up including Richie Hawtin, Moderat (live), Seth Troxler, Claude VonStroke, Eats Everything, Hot Natured (live), Kerri Chandler, Masters At Work, Ellen Allien, Maya Jane Coles, Joy Orbison, Sasha, Maceo Plex, Dave Clarke, Tale of Us, DJ Koze, Maurice Fulton, Levon Vincent, Magda and Deetron.

Festival-goers will be able to get their dance music fix from 2pm until 6am on the opening two days. Music will be pumping out from 2pm to 10pm on the Sunday.

Hot Natured – Jamie Jones, Lee Foss, Luca C and Ali Love – will headline the Outdoor Transformer Stage with a full live show on Saturday until 10pm.

Masters At Work – Kenny Dope and Louie Vega – will bring the festival’s main stage activities to a close on the Sunday night with a set from 8pm.

Inspired by events such as Time Warp and Wonderland, Knebworth Park will house bespoke stages and event production of the highest standard, including EE’s custom-built Electric City, complete with roller disco, karaoke, dressing-up boudoir, secret stages and plenty more for those willing to explore.

Then there’s The Star of Eastern Electrics, the festival’s very own on-site pub, serving thirsty revellers to a soundtrack provided by the likes of Skream, Darius Syrossian, Sante, Waifs & Strays, Robert James and Simon Baker.

Built out of specially imported shipping containers, The Switchyard will take the form of an outdoor rave space, complete with stacks of speakers flanked by industrial walls.

With state-of-the-art visuals everywhere you turn, the cavernous Igloovision dome will offer a unique 360 raving experience.

Technologically ahead of the game, it is a hedonistic audio-visual assault that has wowed the likes of Glastonbury, Creamfields and Exit Festival.
