REGARDED as the greatest family entertainment ever, The Chinese State Circus is coming to the Alban Arena, St Albans.

The action-packed new production, featuring the world famous Wu-Shu Warriors, will be touring for the first time outside China.

In the spectacular two-hour show, a mix of martial arts warriors, acrobatic stars and artistes from Peking Opera will have the whole family gripped.

All collaborate in a unique art form created for the Emperor in the "Forbidden City".

The entire show is narrated by one of the most famous characters in Chinese Folklore - the Monkey King.

Enjoy the pole dancing and back flipping acrobats spiralling through rotating hoops and a succession of gymnasts catapulting terracotta jars from head to head.

Performances are on Monday and Tuesday at 5pm and 8pm.

Tickets cost £10-£25 (concessions £3 off).
