MasterChef co-presenter Gregg Wallace will be cooking up a treat at The Game Fair in Hatfield.
Organisers of The Game Fair are delighted that TV host Gregg Wallace will be returning as the face of the Shot to Pot restaurant at Hatfield House, providing visitors with a truly delicious culinary experience.
A huge success last year, the 300-cover, 5-star restaurant, and 200-cover hospitality area will once again satisfy the growing demand for ‘farm to fork’ food provenance at the festival of the British countryside at Hatfield House from Friday, July 28 to Sunday, July 30.
The Gregg Wallace Shot to Pot Restaurant will be open daily, featuring a menu designed by Gregg himself to satisfy hungry visitors across breakfast, brunch and lunch, on a first come, first serve basis.
The rustic menu features a number of game dishes, in keeping with the three-day event’s theme.
Gregg said: “I loved The Game Fair last year and am chuffed to be invited to the stunning Hatfield House.
“Game will, of course, feature on the menu, it works very well with sweet and sharp flavours and everybody knows about my sweet tooth.
“Look out for me, wandering around with a glass of wine in my hand.
“I am likely to sit at your table at the merest suggestion of company.”
James Gower, The Game Fair’s managing director, is delighted to welcome back the MasterChef star.
He said: “Gregg was a real hit with visitors last year.
“He spent hours informally chatting with everyone as they ate in the restaurant.
“We are thrilled he will also be appearing at the 59th Game Fair and are delighted he will once again be designing the menu.”
