The UK’s premier picnic concert series is set to return to Hatfield House on Saturday, July 14.

The Battle Proms audience will be treated to a packed afternoon and evening of entertainment in the leafy and romantic Queen Elizabeth Oak Field in Hatfield Park.

The entertainment begins with a toe-tapping warm-up act and daring cavalry displays, followed by a sublime two-hour orchestral performance by the 60-piece New English Concert Orchestra complete with carefully choreographed Spitfire display and live cannon fire.

As the perfect summer’s evening draws to a close, the audience will be brought to their feet for a rousing, flag waving, sing-a-long finale with a spectacular musical firework display.
