Welwyn Garden City's Howard Centre will host a week-long welfare event as part of a drive to keep residents safe over the summer.
Every day next week from 10am to 4pm the Community Safety Partnership (CSP) will be delivering advice in a ground floor unit next to Clarks.
There will be the usual array of health and wellbeing-organisations in attendance, including Trading Standards, Citizens Advice, Herts Fire & Rescue, Victim Support, Hertfordshire Libraries.
From 12pm to 3pm each day, local company The Creation Station is also running fun, free activities for children to take part in – including ‘create your own superhero’.
Councillor Roger Trigg, executive member for community safety, said: “Over the past few years, we have held numerous Community Information Days and Safer Together events, but this time we are dedicating a whole week towards improving awareness about good health and safety practices.
“We hope to maximise the benefits of having a prime Howard Centre location during the start of the school holidays and we expect a really good footfall and engagement.
“I’m convinced it will be a total success and I hope residents are able to come away having learned something useful that they can apply to their everyday personal safety and wellbeing.”
