Guy Fawkes celebrations will be held across Hertfordshire again in November, with one public fireworks display taking place near Potters Bar.

Remember, remember the eighth of November!

The annual Rotary Club of Brookmans Park and Little Heath fireworks will once again be held at the primary school.

Always a high point on the school calendar, the event takes place in the school field, in School Road, on Saturday, November 8.

Gates open at 6pm, with the bonfire lit at 6.45pm and the fireworks starting around 7.30pm.

Organised by Little Heath School PTA in conjunction with Brookmans Park Rotary Club, tickets cost £5.50 adults and £2.50 children. It is free for under-5s.

Pre-sale tickets are available from Little Heath School, Smyths Schoolwear, John Powell Carpets, Hallmark Cards and Duncan Perry Estate Agents.

On the door, adults pay £6 and children £3.

Due to lack of parking in the immediate vicinity, spectators are advised to leave their cars at home.
