Hatfield is getting into the Christmas spirit with carols.

Everyone is invited to an annual festive sing-along in the town centre

Arrive at noon at White Lion Square on Wednesday, December 19 for carols, free mince pies and hot drinks.

Led by the Kings Community Church, a three-piece band will be accompanying singers.

Councillor Bernard Sarson said: “This is the last event of 2018 in Hatfield, and I hope to see many residents and businesses there singing along to festive hymns and getting into the Christmas spirit.

“2019 is set to be another busy year in Hatfield town centre, with lots of events and the next step in the regeneration plans taking place.”

Voting for the best Christmas window display competition closes on Saturday, December 29, and the winner will be announced in January.
