If your neighbour keeps throwing rubbish over your garden wall and refuses to stop when asked, then you will do something about it.

When Israel withdrew from the territories occupied by settlers they left behind some nice properties that could have been used by the Palestinians.

However the "new owners" just smashed the dwellings up, it seems every move by the West to placate them is seen as a sign of weakness.

Israel is never going to let the things that happened to them in the thirties happen again.

Why don't the Palestinians try to build a prosperous state of their own with the help of their Arab friends, without threatening all and sundry?
