So when exactly do the clocks change tonight?

British Summer Time (BST) will start in the early hours of Sunday, March 30.

Clocks should be put forward 60 minutes at 1am as the UK moves out of Greenwich Mean Time (GMT).

This means losing an hour in bed on Mother’s Day.

BST traditionally starts on the last Sunday in March and ends on the final Sunday in October.
