A star from BBC One’s The Voice has joined the cast of Viva la Drag!, which comes to Stevenage later this month.
Singer Sam Buttery, a finalist from the original series of The Voice UK, has joined the touring stage show as its special guest following a busy year acting in film and theatre.
After being mentored by Sir Tom Jones in The Voice, Sam went on to star in a production of the musical Taboo, playing a role originally performed by writer and producer Boy George.
Prior to joining Viva la Drag!, Sam also appeared in the feature film Child 44 with Gary Oldman and Tom Hardy.
Viva la Drag! comes to the Gordon Craig Theatre, in Stevenage, on Thursday, March 27 at 7.45pm.
