The Let Me Entertain You supremo played three successive nights at the Hertfordshire stately home in August 2003.

Having then left boyband Take That, the Robster performed in front of a record-breaking 375,000 adoring fans over the sun-drenched weekend – with millions more watching the epic Knebworth gigs on TV.

A DVD, entitled What We Did Last Summer, and a live album of the shows were later released, the CD selling more than 115,000 in its first week alone and the DVD storming to the top of the charts across Europe.

Following his Houdini-style entrance singing Let Me Entertain You, Robbie’s blistering Knebworth set included hits Come Undone, She’s The One and Feel before a rousing finale of Angels.

The Millennium star is now planning to mark the 10th anniversary of the groundbreaking concerts – and wants his fans to help out.

The chart-topping Rock DJ singer’s official Twitter account tweeted yesterday (Wednesday): “It’s nearly 10 years since Robbie entertained Knebworth... Help us celebrate the occasion!”

Further expanding on that, 39-year-old Robbie’s website – www.robbiewilliams.com – explains: “This year marks the 10th anniversary of Robbie’s legendary shows at Knebworth Park back in 2003 and we’re working on something very special to celebrate the occasion.

“Robbie took to the stage at Knebworth on 1st, 2nd and 3rd August 2003, drawing crowds of 375,000 over the three days and attracting a further 3.5 million viewers at home, not to mention setting a new record for the biggest concert in UK history.

“Despite taking place nearly a decade ago, we’ve no doubt that if you were lucky enough to be at one of the shows (or maybe you went to all three!) you remember it as if it were yesterday.”

The website posting continues: “Were you there in August 2003? What do you remember most? Which moment defined the event for you?

“We want to hear about your memories and see your favourite photos from Knebworth and are asking everyone to share them with us ahead of the big anniversary as we collect them for something very special.

“We’re looking forward to sharing in your nostalgia.”

To join in the celebrations, write your memories in 200 words or less and send them along with your best photos to knebworth@robbiewilliams.com

Robbie Williams is playing a series of live shows across the country this summer on his Take the Crown Tour, including four dates at Wembley Stadium in London.
