There will be plenty for families to do at Mill Green Mill and Museum’s fun-packed Halloween event.

Taking place on Tuesday, October 31, from 4.30pm to 7pm, entertainment for the evening includes a storyteller in the historic mill, make your own potions, bobbing for apples and guess what’s in the gruesome sacks.

Cauldrons will be overflowing with Halloween treats for you to buy, and adults can also pay a visit to the Miller’s Ghost Inn.

New for this year is the ‘spooky disco marquee’, where visitors can dance to their favourite Halloween songs.

The event will end with a musical family costume parade – parents included – so come dressed to impress in your best Halloween costumes.

Welwyn Hatfield councillor Tony Kingsbury, executive member for policy and culture, said: “The Halloween event is one of the most popular in Mill Green’s event calendar, offering a great alternative to trick or treating.

“As with all of Mill Green’s events, there’s something for the whole family to enjoy. I hope to see you all there.”

Entry is £1 for adults, and £5 for children aged two years and above, and includes a torch.
