The purpose of our local gym's is not simply to give access to different machines, they are there to help increase and maintain our good health and fitness levels. With a combination of equipment, education and training they keep us motivated and coming back for more. Plus, a visit to the gym can be a great social event and a good way to meet new people while working out to feel good.
