Elvis tribute artist Ben Portsmouth appears at The Alban Arena on Friday, February 3 with his new show, Taking Care of Elvis – The King is Back.

A multi-talented musician, singer and songwriter, Ben had Elvis’ DNA in his blood from an early age.

His father was an avid Elvis fan and Ben grew up on a diet of Elvis songs.

Having honed his musical talent, Ben started his journey as an Elvis tribute act in 2005 when he formed the Taking Care of Elvis band.

Audiences quickly realized that this was someone with a special talent.

In August 2012, Ben made history when he won the Elvis Presley Enterprises ‘Ultimate Elvis Tribute Artist Contest’, which took place in Memphis.

That made Ben the only artist from outside the USA to ever win this prestigious title.

Ben Portsmouth will bring his unique style, charisma and 10-piece band to St Albans and will show audiences why he is regarded as the best in the business.

The show starts at 8pm.

Tickets cost £31.50 stalls A-G and £27.50 remaining stalls and circle.
