A Disney-themed fireworks display will take place in Welwyn Garden City next month.

Welwyn Garden City Football Club’s annual fireworks night spectacular will take place on Friday, November 3, 2017.

The Herns Way club’s biggest fundraiser, tickets are available in advance this year with limited numbers on sale on the gate.

The professional fireworks display will have a Disney theme for the kids.

There will be fairground rides for adults and children, an outdoor bar and barbecue, food stalls and sweet stalls.

The club’s website states: “Tickets will be available on the night at the gate, but the prices will be higher than those online, so it will be better for you to get your tickets in advance.

“All those who have attended our fireworks night will know that you will not find a better fireworks event locally, so please show your support, bring your family and friends and have a fantastic night with us.”

Gates to the Panshanger-based club will open at 6.30pm.

Adult tickets (16 plus) cost £6 each online, and it is £4 for children aged five to 16.

A family ticket, for two adults and two children, is £16.

Over 60s pay £5, and under-fives go free.

There will be limited numbers on the gate, and advance ticket holders will have priority entrance and cheaper prices.

The club’s Eventbrite tickets page states: “For the first time, we are trialling advance ticketing as there will be limited numbers on the gate and ticket holders will have priority entrance and cheaper prices.

“You will still be able to pay on the gate, but the prices will be higher on the night, so why not buy in advance so all you have to do is come along. There will be special entrance for advance ticket holders.”
