Some of the world’s top sportsmen, including six-time snooker world champion Steve Davis, 16-time world darts champion Phil Taylor and two-time world champion Adrian Lewis, will be fishing for charity in Brookmans Park on Friday and you could be there to meet them.

The Welwyn Hatfield Times has teamed up with organisers JBD Sports Agents and has 10 pairs of tickets to give away for the second PDC Invitational Fishing Contest that is taking place at Shepherds Way Lake, AL9 6NJ from 9am this Friday (September 12).

The sports stars will fish to raise money for the Haven House Childrens Hospice.

Proceedings will begin with contestants throwing darts to win their lake positions and then spend the day trying to outperform their fellow competitors.

To stand a chance of winning a pair of tickets, simply answer correctly this question and follow the entry details:

To enter, e-mail your answer to with your name, age, address and phone number. The closing date is 2pm on Thursday, September 11.

The winners will be the first correct entries selected at random after the closing date.
