Tennis professional face junior talents at Gosling

Aspiring tennis players took the opportunity to hit with the pro team at Gosling Sports Park over the festive period.

Pro players Lucy Brown, Aljaz Bedene and Dan Cox, who all train at the centre in Welwyn Garden City, took time out from their training schedules to play with some of the junior members.

Of the event, Gosling tennis director Matt Willcocks said: “It’s a great chance for the younger players and their parents to meet the team, have a hit with them and to ask questions as to how they become so good.

“It also is a chance for our professional players to see all the players that are cheering for them back at base whilst they are on the road.”
