WELWYN go into the weekend knowing that a win against Bury St Edmunds coupled with a defeat for London Nigerian would guarantee their survival in London Two North.

The Hobbs Way team are currently one point ahead of the Nigerians, yet have an inferior points difference.

Should scores not go their way, Welwyn will be taking it right to the wire, when they face a daunting trip to Ruislip on the last day, with London Nigerian hosting bottom side Tabard.

However, Welwyn will be hoping they can get the job done on Saturday in their last home game of the season, and not have to rely on saving themselves at the death.

They go into the game after a good win away at Thurrock, wishing their status can be secured before the final fixture.
