Datchworth secured their biggest win in four years, thrashing Wasps 95-0 in a try-fest on Saturday.
Wasps have been struggling all season and Datchworth took advantage of this straight from the off.
Piling on the pressure, Datchworth found themselves under the opposition posts and won a penalty. Captain Tom Wood put the hosts on the board.
Soon after the Men in Green had scored their first try of the game. A well-worked move saw wing James Watt in under the posts.
Datchworth added two tries in quick succession through Stuart Young and No.8 Henry Mountain before Watt scored a fantastic individual try to secure the bonus point on the half-hour.
There was still time for two more tries - a hat-trick for Watt and one for centre Alex Nolan saw Datchworth well out of sight at the break.
Unfortunately for Wasps, Datchworth scored a further eight tries in the second half.
There were first tries of the season for both second row Nick Holland and centre Sam Brunton.
Further tries were added by Mountain, Watt, Nolan, Wood and two from the impressive wing Richard Mills meant Datchworth have secured a top-half finish for the season with two games remaining.
Wood secured 11 out of 14 conversions to add to his early penalty to give him 30 points for the game.
