Cuffley’s Joseph Katsantonis is already making a name for himself in the world of motorsport – at the age of just seven.

The youngster was crowned British Bambino BKC champion for 2017 after competing in six of the seven rounds of the series.

His championship win came at the Fulbeck Kart Racing track in Lincolnshire and means Katsantonis is the youngest ever champion.

Success has followed him all year though as a few months earlier, he was the winner of the 2017 British Open Championship, with his first title win coming in March with the Buckmore Park MSA Winter Championship.

He started racing bikes at the tender age of three but it seems four wheels is where he has found his calling.

And he hopes to finish his final season before moving up in class with another trophy when he competes at his home track of Rye House for the London Cup Championship next month.
