The match took place at the Temple Golf Club and Herts' youngsters did it in style with victories over both rival teams.
Herts beat both BB&O and Bedfordshire 5 1/2 matches to 4 1/2, and the latter two counties ended in a tie 5-5.
In the singles clashes for the under-13s, Mid Herts' Will Aldred won against Beds 6&5 and BB&O 5&3, as did Stevenage golfer Alex Lee for the under-12s, by one hole and two holes respectively.
Sandy Lodge junior James Bosnan won 2&1 for the under-13s against Beds.
West Herts' Tom Hughes was an emphatic 6&4 winner against Beds and halved against BB&O and Bushey's Matthew Siggins matched him with 4&2 and a half.
For the under-12s, Broxbourne's Billy Woodcraft halved with Beds and won by one hole against BB&O.
Redbourn's Jamie Knight and Mill Green Tiger Club star Jarvis Hinds also played.
Herts Golf Union's Chris James said: "It was great to see these youngsters, many of them starting out on the representative honours, and looking and behaving the part."
