WHETHER you want to run it or walk it, the Willow Foundation is calling for supporters to sign up to its second annual 10k race.

Come rain or shine, Hatfield House will be hosting the charity event on Saturday, October 2 to help raise vital funds.

Last year’s inaugural event saw 600 participants raise £47,000 – and this time the charity aims to have 700 people take part.

Willow co-founder Bob Wilson said: “We had such a good turn out last year the event was a great success.

“This year will be another fantastic event in beautiful surroundings – hopefully topping last year’s success with even more people taking part.

“Sign up now to make a difference.”

Whether you walk or run, every step and penny raised in sponsorship will make a positive difference to the lives of 16 to 40-year-olds living with a life-threatening illness.

Everyone who takes part will receive a medal and goodie bag.

There will also be a fun warm-up on the day, music playing on the course, and Willow supporters on hand to cheer everyone on.
