SHERRARDSWOOD Yellows Under-10s cruised to a 6-1 victory over Lemsford on Saturday in a match they totally dominated.

The first 10 minutes were all played in the Lemsford half with an Elis Woodford header and a Regan Still drive their closest efforts.

These were followed by Glenn Gleeson and Reggie Ross both being denied.

However, on 13 minutes a mix up in the Yellows back-line gifted Lemsford an own goal and a shock lead.

This did not disrupt Yellows' attacking and Gleeson had two efforts saved before the same player scored twice in two minutes with fine strikes.

A long-range effort from Ross made it 3-1 soon after.

The second half was much the same and Charlie Hayne got on the scoresheet, driving home from a tight angle.

Still made it five with another well-taken shot and Woodford scored a sixth with 15 minutes still to play.

At this point Yellows made positional changes and with everyone trying to get on the scoresheet, they lost their shape and the match became scrappy.

It was still a good all-round performance from a happy Yellows outfit.
