Jack Wiltshire smashed home the opening goal for Welwyn and Dan Ireland soon doubled the Royals advantage when he slotted home after some slick play.

Conor Garrett made it 3-0 before Ryan Youth pulled one back but it was only a temporary comeback.

Garrett fired home his second and completed his hat-trick before the break, Joe Ashton also scoring as Pegasus turned round 6-1 in front.

Garrett wasn’t finished though and would add two more in the second half as Welwyn continued their assault.
