Welwyn Garden City defeated Wembley 2-0 on Saturday in the SSML Premier Division with both goals coming just before half-time.

John McGrandles and Ash Kersey both headed home Craig Arnott set-pieces to hand the Citizens their third league win from four games this season.

WGC travel to Harefield United in the league on Tuesday night, before hosting Waltham Abbey in the FA Cup preliminary round on Saturday.
