Following an unbeaten November in Spartan South Midlands League Division One, three straight wins and the concession of just one goal, Welwyn Garden City have been acclaimed as the Team of the Month.

Despite two cup exits in the FA Vase and Herts Charity Shield, the Citizens notched league wins at Herns Lane against Bedford FC and Baldock Town and an away triumph at London Lions.

WGC, who missed the chance to go top last Wednesday (December 17) after losing their eight-month unbeaten record at home to Codicote, face second-bottom Amersham Town on Saturday (December 20).
