In the Ultimate Football Welwyn Garden City Monday night six-a-side league, Blackpool continued their faultless winning form with an emphatic 6-1 victory over Motherwell.

David Willis grabbed a hat-trick, Luke Swift two and Paulo Goodman one.

Charlie Evans got the solitary reply for Mark Norman’s side.

Also in the Premiership, Wheeler Dealers celebrated a 3-1 win over Boca Seniors thanks to a great goal from player-manager James Wheeler and a brace from Daniel Dixon.

My Dixie saw off top-flight new boys Academy Rejects winning by a comfortable 5-0. Jack Hague returned from suspension to net twice, while Dan Winwood also scored a brace before Reggie Ross rounded off the victory.

Jamie Riley and Ryan Thorlby went close for Rejects but they lacked the clinical finishing they have displayed in previous appearances.

In the Championship, Charlie Bell and Ted Bartholomeusz each found the back of the net for Leg Day Pending’s encounter with a tired-looking Inter FC, who remain top thanks to a generous goal difference.

Marek Kluczynski returned to Smakosze St. Albans’ starting line-up for the first time in several weeks and his impact was almost instantaneous as he opened the scoring inside 10 minutes against Getafe 2.0.

Jordan Kimsey levelled but goals from Michal Gawron and a second for Kluczynski sealed the 3-1 win.

Aaron Casper, Dominic Gillick and Dean Shakespeare all scored a goal apiece in Neverbee Athletic’s triumph over Two Goals One Cup.

Two goals in each half were sufficient to give Charlie Bacon’s Hedgehog FC the points in their tie with a slightly under-resourced Volvo Selekt.

Four fantastic strikes from Alex Clark helped Mark Beard FC to a win over FC Big Fan. Niall Quinn, Jeroame Dixon and Ben Sawyer also scored with Dan Allison and Scott Leger replying for Chris Houghton’s side.
