PANSHANGER Whites Tigers Under-10s were in seventh heaven after beating club colleagues Whites Pumas 7-0 in the Mid Herts Rural Minors League Green Division.

It was a dominant display from the Tigers in their first league game of the season against dogged opposition, whose heads never dropped.

A positive start produced two quick goals from Euan Wallace and Euan Higgins.

Great effort was shown throughout the first half, as well as good levels of concentration from goalkeeper Matthew Eamens and the defensive duo of Luke Cooper and Daniel Priolo, aided by Henry Gillborn's tigerish work in midfield.

The Tigers managed to add a further three goals before half time, with Higgins completing his hat-trick and a first for man of the match Alfie Adcock.

The second half brought a few changes in personnel with Ryan Avery and Daniel Newman Sanders working hard to impress.

Two further goals in the second period, again from Alfie Adcock and Higgins, brought to an end a very professional display.
