There was not a win in sight for Welwyn Garden City, Hatfield Town or Codicote in the SSML this weekend.

City played out a 1-1 home draw with Bedford in the SSML Premier Division.

Striker Ashley Kersey grabbed the Citizens’ goal just before the hour-mark to level after Bedford had taken a first half lead.

The point sees WGC now eighth in the table.

Hatfield fell to a 4-2 SSML Division One loss at the Gosling Stadium to Wodson Park.

Codicote’s game away to Southall was postponed late on with sides already at the ground.
