Welwyn Garden City and Hatfield Town both picked up maximum points on the road.

Braces from Ashley Kersey and Dave Parkinson plus a Jason Caswell single saw WGC to a 5-2 SSML Premier Division win today (Saturday) at Oxhey Jets.

Hatfield have recorded back-to-back SSML Division One victories for the first time this season.

Kev Pearman’s men beat Harpenden Town 1-0 in midweek and followed that up with a 2-1 win at Broadfields this afternoon (Saturday).

Toby Kirkham and Jimmy Cook grabbed the goals as Hatfield moved up a place to third from bottom of the table.

Codicote’s Division One game away to Winslow United was postponed.
